In an interview with one of the fine gentlemen from EA, this is the info that we have on the upcoming DLC.
Hey Reid, what’s up with the new campaign maps? Care to share some light on them?
RS: Yeah no problem. We’re building 2 new campaign maps.
The first one takes place in Kiev in abandoned medical facilities.
The second is our answer to DVD style extras… You’ll play an alternate version of the final Miami (SSC HQ) areas…And yes you’ll get to fight Dalton for real…
Also, we’re building a new versus map that is based on the canal lock area in china, but changed up a bit, and now at night.
However, the first DLC to be released will be SSC Challenge. You’ll see a trailer for this very soon. Its like American Gladiators meets AO2.
Note: We’re still figuring out the pricing/cost for all this content.
Thanks for the info Reid, and can you tell us whether there wil be New Achievements with the new campaign map or for the SSC Challenge mode?
RS: Yes, we’re working on some new acheivements for all of it.

Criterion Games confirmed that new Burnout Paradise downloadable content is on its way in the near future and they promise to not divide the community. Criterion explained that any upcoming Paradise DLC (whether paid or free) will be released in such a way that it will allow “everyone to ’see’ the content, even if they have not paid for it”. We aren’t sure how Criterion plans on implementing this “look, just don’t play” method of DLC, but we’re sure they’ll make it a seamless experience. No matter how everything gets implemented, it’s comforting to know that you’ll still be able to play online with your pals even though your DLC purchasing habits may not be the same.

Yes, finally! BioWare has announced that they will be releasing 5 expansion packs for Mass Effect, each priced at 400 MS points, and each containing 50 unlockable achievement points.
Each expansion pack is said to contain a mission located on your galaxy map that should be comparable in length to a main story line mission such as Noveria or Feros. The expansions can be implemented into existing games, so long as your character has not yet landed on Ilos.
I’ll be sure to bring y’all the latest and greatest on the subject when more info is released. As of now, a March 10 release date is what we’re supposedly looking at.

Hearing Activision is planning on releasing their first ever Call of Duty 4 downloadable content this Spring. The new DLC will usher in a few new multiplayer maps to the CoD4 gaming community via download off the XBLM, but other than that, mum is the word. Neither Activision or Infinity Ward have detailed how many new multiplayer maps will be released, what the DLC pricing will be or an exact date for the new content’s release.
